Note: We have just released a new version of this solution (September 2010) working with one of our customers, HLM Mann Judd in Melbourne under the Organic Software development Program. The latest version has some very exciting new features like many to many relationship tracking between organisations, organisations and individuals and individuals with other individuals.
Additionally AbilitySuite® CRM now has data monitors to detect changes to fields and start workflow to let others in the organisation know these have changed.
