The navigator shown on the right shows a number of 'views', which are available for easy, immediate access to details by organisation, people, addresses etc.

By entering (or importing) your customer contact details into the AbilitySuite^® for CRM it is automatically organised for you.

'Instant Search' means you simply type the name of an organisation or person, hit 'Enter' and you are taken directly to the appropriate record.
